Frequently Asked Questions

All of our pieces are sewn by hand at our home-based atelier.

We are physically based in New York, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.

Currently, we are only offering domestic shipping. This is due to efforts in expanding, as well as Covid-19 safety. We ask that you give us at least two weeks, and at most three, to complete and ship your package, as each piece is made-to-order, by hand, and with extreme attention to detail.

Due to the current high-volume of orders, we do not offer any express shipping. Please place your order in a timely fashion wth respects to any future events you have planned.

Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of the customer recieving a damaged or incomplete package. Please refer to the size chart provided at the bottom of the site to ensure correct fitting.

Due to the current high volume of orders, we do not offer cancellations or refunds. Thank you for understanding.

You should recieve a confirmation email shortly after your order has been verified. Be sure to subscribe to our forum in order to easily access emails and communicate with our customer service team. If you are not subscribed and are having trouble locating your email confirmation and tracking number, check your JUNK and SPAM folders for any missed 'hadiyakimstudios@gmail.com' updates.

We accept credit and debit card payments. You may also checkout through PayPal.
